"Erpacrife" is a sparkling wine that immediately expresses its character thanks to an intense input and a solid structure and is produced from red grapes. Refine at least 24 months on the lees in the bottle before the final disgorgement. Bright pale pink color with fine and persistent perlage. Excellent intensity and complexity, hints of yeast emerge, with notes of pastry. Intense and structured in the mouth.

The Metodo Classico Ma Non Troppo is the latest arrive to Tenuta Belvedere. It is a wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a 35 year old vineyard with a yield of 70 quintals. Manual harvest at the end of August and a soft pressing in the cellar. Only 30%, i.e. the must, will be fermented spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Draft in May and stop on the lees for about 27 months. No addition after disgorging. Pas Dosè type.
