A rosé wine outside the box as per Lammidia style, in which the freshness and ease of drinking are sought. Obtained from red grapes that are harvested when they have a lower sugar level, in order to have greater freshness and acidity. Refine in steel and fiberglass. It has a beautiful pale pink color. The nose has hints of red fruit, such as strawberry, black cherry and pomegranate, followed by notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is crunchy, nice fresh, and with an overwhelming drink.

The Pizzicante White Sparkling Wine by Le Coste is a naturally refermented wine in the bottle obtained from 100% white grapes. It fermented in the vat and after a racking it was bottled with its sugar needed to develop a pressure of 3 atmospheres. After disgorgement, must from the previous year is used to top up the bottle.
