Nù Litr Rosato is a fragrant and fluid wine that comes from Negroamaro grapes and is part of the Calcarius Project, born from an idea of Valentina Passalacqua. The grapes come from young vineyards located within the Gargano National Park on white limestone rocky soil, and bred with biodynamic methods.
