ROSE WINES

The Semplicemente Vino Bellotti Rosa  is a simple, immediate and drinkable rosé wine that ages in large oak barrels. Intense coral pink color, the scents are vinous and fruity. The sip is pleasant, fresh, with a good persistence finish.

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: 12 months in wooden barrels.

"Si Rose" by Binner comes from a blend of Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Grigio, two typical Alsace grape varieties. The nose is rich and persuasive, with hints of macerated flowers and spicy notes. On the palate it is taut, juicy, savory, with marked acidity.

Grapes: 65% Gewurztraminer, 35%, Pinot Gris.

Alcohol content: 14,5%.

Aging: 12 months in old centenary oak barrels.

Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement. On visual examination it shows a light ruby ​​red tending towards purple. On the nose, fragrant aromas of small red fruits, and floral notes. The sip is slender, greedy, smooth, pleasant freshness.

Region: Trentino Alto Adige.

Grapes: Teroldego.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.

Aging: 4 months in cement tanks.
