Alessandro Viola's Rosè is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine that comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured and clayey soils located at 250 m.s.l.m. Harvest in the last ten days of September and vinified with spontaneous fermentation at uncontrolled temperature without maceration, then aging in steel for 6 months, only 20 mg of total sulfur dioxide.

A unique interpretation of Bardolino Chiaretto that combines flavor, minerality, complexity and drinkability in an old-time rosé. The first Bardolino rosé to be fermented and aged in wood, Chiar’Otto changed the paradigms of pink wine in Bardolino. The grapes come from six 1966 Veronese pergola parcels that are gathered in a single body on the side of a hill just above the town of Bardolino. The name Chiar'Otto derives from the name "Chiara" which with Daniele is the body and soul of Villa Calicantus and "Otto" the day of the month of June in which Anna, daughter of Chiara and Daniele was born.

Nù Litr Rosato is a fragrant and fluid wine that comes from Negroamaro grapes and is part of the Calcarius Project, born from an idea of Valentina Passalacqua. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for a few hours in open vats with manual hat breaking. Unfiltered and clarified wine with winter decanting in steel containers. The Nù Litr rosa is a wine with low alcohol content and which has a coral pink color. The nose is expressed, in particular, with hints of cranberries and pomegranate. On the palate it is fresh and sapid; closes with floral references.

Eughenos Raggio di Luna from Azienda Di Cato is a rosé wine that comes from Montepulciano grapes vinified with a brief maceration on the skins. 4 months aging in steel. Rosato Le Coste is a fresh and juicy wine made from local red grapes that come from an over fifty year old vine planted at 500 m above sea level. Manual harvest of the grapes, and in the cellar after the. destemming stops for a few hours in contact with the skins, then it is pressed and placed in the tank to ferment on the lees. After about two months of fermentation it was decanted into barrels of various capacities, to mature for about 10 months. After bottling it refines another 6 months before sale.
