Alsace Bergweingarten is a white wine obtained from Sylvaner grapes from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. Refines in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. Intense straw yellow color with intense and fine aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Only one filtration is carried out before bottling, which takes place without clarification and with a minimal addition of sulphites. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.

Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. The harvest is manual, and after pressing the fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. No addition of sulfur during winemaking. Aging in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. A wine that has intense and fine aromas of citrus, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

The Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Eichenberg by Pierre Frick is a wine whose grapes come from the Eichberg vineyard which is facing south-east at an altitude between 220 and 340 m. The soil is essentially made up of calcareous conglomerates and Oligocene marls. This vineyard, at the foot of the three castles, is sheltered by the slopes of the Vosges and enjoys a particularly dry and warm microclimate, as rainfall is the lowest known in the Colmar region.

Pierre Frick's Pinot Noir Strangenberg is a red wine which on the nose develops interesting aromas of red berry fruit including black cherry and blackberry, mineral and spicy hints. The mouth is warm and rich, supported by tannins, and a beautiful freshness with flavors of spices, incense, cassis and with a long finish of black cherry.
