A natural wine is produced by the work of an independent vintner who cultivates its vineyards, with the aim of producing wines that are as close as possible to the mirror of the territory and culture from which they come, respectful of the cycles of nature. In the vine they try to completely exclude insecticides, herbicides, additives and any chemicals using only copper and zinc when needed. In the cellar the interventions are minimized so as not to frustrate all the work that has been done in the vineyard. Fermentations are spontaneous with only native yeasts without adding sugars or concentrated musts and without acidity adjustments or addition of other additives. In most cases no filtration or clarification is carried out before bottling. Many natural wines do not contain sulphites, but we can also consider wines that do not exceed 30 mg per liter. Choosing to add a small amount of sopfiti depends on the season's performance and refinement in the cellar. Nekaj ​​is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

Kaplja is a white wine of strength and personality that comes from a blend of Chardonnay, Friulano and Istrian Malvasia grapes. Refine and rest for 23 months in large oak barrels. On the nose a great complexity of aromas, a rich bouquet of fruit, aromatic herbs, hints of beeswax, almonds, and black tea. The taste is full-bodied, enveloping, warm, with great persistence. A white wine with the characteristics of a red wine.
