Nù Litr Rosato is a fragrant and fluid wine that comes from Negroamaro grapes and is part of the Calcarius Project, born from an idea of Valentina Passalacqua. The grapes come from young vineyards located within the Gargano National Park on white limestone rocky soil, and bred with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for a few hours in open vats with manual hat breaking. Unfiltered and clarified wine with winter decanting in steel containers. The Nù Litr rosa is a wine with low alcohol content and which has a coral pink color. The nose is expressed, in particular, with hints of cranberries and pomegranate.
