Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

Porca Loca is a red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes which ages for 11 months in tanks of cemnto. An explosion of red berry fruit on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, with imperceptible tannins and a pleasant drink.

PerlaGioia is Ancarani's entra wine. The grapes used are local white grapes which are harvested in several stages in the vineyard so that the first starts with spontaneous fermentation and the last is harvested with more mature grapes. Aging on the lees for 3 months and decanting in cement vats to clear the wine. Rest in the bottle for 3 months before being put on the market. No filtration. The nose is delicate with notes of white and yellow flowers of hawthorn and broom, light citrus smells and officinal herbs. On the palate it is dry, mineral and with good flavor. Final that gives us a slight tannins.

Centesimino is a red wine obtained from the Centesimino grape, also called Savignôn Rosso. Elegant wine with an intense ruby red color with garnet veins. On the nose we can recognize floral aromas with evident notes of rose and fruity, complex aromatic notes and character. The taste is warm, full-bodied, fruity, with a dry finish and a delicate bitter and saline nuancee.

The Santa Lusa is a complex white wine of medium structure, obtained by maceration on the skins of the homonymous vine. Golden yellow in color. The nose is intense with flavors of fruit such as yellow peach, apricots, honey and mineral notes. In the mouth it is oily, enveloping, warm, with light tannins and a long finish. A wine with good aging potential.
