The varietals used include Grecanico, Granaccia Bianca, Carricante, Cataratto, Insolia, Minnella, and others, contributing to a complex and nuanced profile. After aging on the lees for eight months in stainless steel tanks, Encore Ancora is bottled without filtration or fining, thus preserving all its vivacity and authentic character. The "Susucaru" Rossato is a wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia, Moscato Nero, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that come from various vineyards scattered on the nerdy side of Etna with an average age of 50 years. SP68 Bianco is a fresh and fruity wine that best expresses the personality of Sicily. Born from a blend of Albanello and Zibibbo. It has a straw yellow color.
