Harvesting takes place as late as possible, allowing each bunch to fully ripen and achieving a deeper and more balanced expression of the fruit. Aged for approximately twelve months in third-passage 500-liter tonneaux. In the glass, Roas is intense yet harmonious, with aromas of morello cherry, fine spices, and delicate balsamic notes.
