The Mannaro Bianco by Sassopra is an impetuous and overwhelming wine obtained from a blend of white grapes that lasts 136 days in contact with the skins. Refine in steel. The nouvelle vague of macerated yet highly drinkable whites is here to stay. Very few bottles available.

The Vino Rosso "Senza vandalismi" by Abbia Nova is a wine that plays everything on freshness and fruit. Spontaneous fermentation with 8 days maceration on the skins. Refinement in steel until spring.

A 'la Voleè by Fra I Monti is a sparkling wine produced through the second fermentation in the bottle from white grapes. For the second fermentation in the bottle the same must is used, preserved until the following spring, a period in which the foaming takes place. It is not filtered or disgorged, it is therefore exposed with an evident deposit. A 'la Voleè is a very carefree and friendly bubble that gives aromas of citrus and yellow apple, and a fresh acidity in the mouth, and a surprising pleasantness to drink.
