Thierry Puzelat's KO in Cot We Trust is made from grapes of the Côt vine, better known as Malbec. The grapes for the Ko come from a vineyard of 1905 and one of 1973 still free of foot with a yield of only 25 hl / ha. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in wooden barrels. It is an amazing wine with an intense ruby ​​red color with an aromatic nose of black fruit notes and spicy features. The mouth is full but fresh with hints of black cherry and licorice.
