The Se Kwa Sa by Domanine Buronfosse is a unique red wine, obtained from a blend of 6 native grapes that come from 3 different parcels, and which are vinified separately. Aging for 10 months in wooden barrels. Unfiltered, sulfur not added. Se Kwa Sa is a wine with great freshness, with round tannins and sweet notes of small red fruits.

The "Regard du Loire" by J. P. Robinot is a red wine of great elegance and subtlety made from grapes of Pineau d'Aunis which is aged for 24 months in old wooden barrels. A wine that combines length and olfactory tension with discretion and tactile lightness on the palate. On the nose notes of undergrowth and spices, hints of fresh red fruit and liquorice and rhubarb.

C'est les dindons qui font glouglou is a 100% Pinot noir. Manual destemming, maceration for 25 days, aging on the lees for 9 months in stoneware eggs. No sulfites, no filtration or anything! Raspberry, strawberry, cinnamon on the nose. On the palate it is very mineral, fresh, a bomb of red fruits.
