RED WINES

La Macchiona is a charming and refined red wine obtained from a blend of red grapes. The name derives from a farmhouse situated among the vineyards. It has a deep ruby ​​red color. On the nose the aromas are of red berry fruit, followed by spicy and earthy notes. The mouth is structured, fresh and pulpy, with a long finish. La Macchiona is a wine that is a true portrait of the Colli Piacentini.

Alcohol content: 14,5%.

Aging: 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels and at least 24 months in bottle.

Nibjo is a red wine made from red grapes that come from vineyards worked in biodynamics. The grapes are harvested manually in small boxes. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in oak barrels with a brief maceration on the skins. Refine on fine lees for 12 months in the same barrels. Nibjo has an intense ruby ​​red color. The nose is vinous and floral, with fresh hints of red fruit. In the mouth it is elegant and sapid, with a long finish.

Alcohol content: 14%.

Aging: 12 month in wodden barrel.
