Gattorosso by Sàgona is a juicy and medium-bodied red wine made with an important base of Sangiovese, to which are added other red berried grapes traditionally grown in Tuscany: Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo. Fermentations take place separately for each grape variety with indigenous yeasts in concrete and steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. The wine then ages for 10 months in concrete and steel tanks.

Antonio Camillo's Principio is a ciliegiolo red wine that ages for six months in cement, with an explosion of fresh fruit aromas with spicy and menthol notes. The sip is fresh and lively, with well-mixed tannins and a pleasant finish. A young wine with a disruptive drink.
