The Sine Felle Vecchie Chianti Riserva by Podere Casaccia is an intense and complex red wine, made from historic biodynamically grown Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Malvasia Nera vineyards. The nose opens with notes of morello cherry, berries, dark chocolate, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, and velvety, with a long, persistent finish. Elegant and full-bodied, it pairs perfectly with rich meats or can be sipped slowly as a meditation wine.

Aging: Some months in oak barrels and then in the bottle.

The Ventisei is vinified in purity with Pinot Nero grapes in purity. It is produced in Mugello, a territory of Tuscany where vines of Nordic tradition find the conditions to express an original typicality. It has a pale ruby red color. The nose is delicate with aromas of red fruit such as black cherry and cherry, and notes of withered rose petals. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, the tannin is fine, and the sweet spices and tobacco remain on the long finish.
