Rosh is a wine produced following a little the taste of the Abruzzo tradition for red wines, hence the name "lu rosh". The grapes used are red with a small part of white grapes, to give it a little freshness and greater drinkability. A wine of great juiciness and freshness, which tastes of red fruit.

Lollo di Luca Bevilacqua is a fresh and delicious red wine produced from pure red grapes. It is produced by Luca Bevilacqua, a young sommelier who has decided to devote part of his time from work to the production of natural and genuine wines. The vineyards are located on clay soils. Lollo is produced through spontaneous vinification and aged in steel. The result is a wine that tastes like red fruit, crunchy and delicious, fresh, carefree, to be shared at the table. Only 1200 bottles produced.

Fun Cool by Podere San Biagio is a young and fun wine made from red grapes by carbonic maceration. The result is a fruity wine, tremendously drinkable. As Jacopo says, to drink not by the glass but by the cellar glass.

Montepulciano by Podere San Biagio is a red wine made from Montepulciano grapes that are selected from Jacopo's oldest vines. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 22 days in contact with the skins. Subsequent aging in large barrels.

Cafone is the most docile and drinkable version of Montepulciano desired by Jacopo: shorter maceration, only steel, mature harvest but not beyond. However, it is not a glu glu wine, even here there is substance and flab.
