“P21” by Criante is a Perricone-based red wine. 6 days of maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging on the fine lees for 8 months. It offers the nose with hints of red pulp fruit. In the mouth it is pleasantly enveloping, characterized by a nice acidity and a soft and enveloping tannic texture. Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby ​​red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.
