The Barbera d'Asti DOCG by Olek Bondonio is a wine made from grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard. Ferments with the skins for two weeks and refines in large barrels and steel. It is a broad-shouldered barbera, where acidity, tannin and fruit come out strongly. A wine with character, it releases energy but also elegance and cleanliness.

Barbaresco Roncagliette by Olek Bondonio is a pure Nebbiolo in the Michet and Lampia sub-varieties, from 35-year-old vines to 280 meters above sea level. from the Roncagliette cru in the municipality of Barbaresco. Soft destemming and long maceration with the skins for almost a month. Refine in oak barrels of 10 and 15 hectoliters, where it remains for up to 20 months. Important wine, vibrant and tannic when young, it needs years to express itself at its best.
