Rosso Isi by Alessandro Viola is a wine that comes from a blend of Nero D´Avola and Nerello Mascalese. Spontaneous fermentation at uncontrolled temperature. And aging in steel. Not filtered before bottling. 15000 bottles produced.

Region: Sicily.

Grapes: 60% Nero D´Avola, 40% Nerello Mascalese

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: 7 months in steel.

Manfredi Rosso by Manfredi Franco is a wine obtained from a blend of Sicilian vines such as Nocera, Corinto and Nerello Mascalese.  It is a wine that is fresh, salty and with an elegant tannin with spicy and floral notes. 

Region: Sicily.

Grapes: Nocera, Corinto and Nerello Mascalese.

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: 6 months in steel.

Nero d'Avola by Nino Barraco is a soft and complex red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name which ages for 10 months in steel. It has a lively ruby ​​red color, with notes of black mulberry, blackberry, cocoa, black pepper and an elegant hint of star anise and caper. In the mouth it is warm, soft, enveloping, with strong tannins and a marked flavor.

Region: Sicily.

Grapes: Nero d'Avola.

Alcohol content: 14%.

Aging: 10 months in steel and 18 in bottle.
