Granual is an intense and energetic red wine that comes from that anarchic genius of the natural Sardinian wine Gianfranco Manca. A wine made from pure red grapes that make several weeks of maceration on the skins. These are grapes from old vines at over 700 m above sea level, grown without the use of synthetic chemicals and in the cellar the only ingredient used it's the grape, nothing else. Not even a very small amount of sulfur dioxide is added. Strictly spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, clarification or stabilization
Grapes: Local autochthonous varieties.
Alcohol content: 15.5%.
Aging: 12 months in wooden barrels.
