"Rossore" by Cantina Iuli is a fragrant wine of good freshness obtained from red grapes. Cirsium is a red wine made from Cesanese di Affile grapes that come from a vineyard of about 1 hectare, planted in 1953 and cultivated with sapling. Aging in French oak barrels for about 18 months. After bottling it rests for at least 2 years. It has a ruby red color with garnet hues. The bouquet on the nose is elegant, with hints of cherry, wild berries and tobacco. In the mouth the touch is silky, fine with a long finish.
