The Ventisei is vinified in purity with Pinot Nero grapes in purity. It is produced in Mugello, a territory of Tuscany where vines of Nordic tradition find the conditions to express an original typicality. It has a pale ruby red color. The nose is delicate with aromas of red fruit such as black cherry and cherry, and notes of withered rose petals. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, the tannin is fine, and the sweet spices and tobacco remain on the long finish.

Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

Campo di Raina is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from the Di Campo Raina vineyard. Aging for 14 months in 5 hl French tonneaux, 6 months in stainless steel and finally 6 months in bottle before being put on the market. The nose expresses notes of red fruit where blackberry, currant, black cherry jam and spicy hints are recognized. In the mouth it is warm, robust, enveloping with impetuous tannins at a young age that will become fine with the passage of time, a persistent finish with fruity hints. Is of a deep ruby red color. Thierry Puzelat's KO in Cot We Trust is made from grapes of the Côt vine, better known as Malbec. The grapes for the Ko come from a vineyard of 1905 and one of 1973 still free of foot with a yield of only 25 hl / ha. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in wooden barrels. It is an amazing wine with an intense ruby red color with an aromatic nose of black fruit notes and spicy features. The mouth is full but fresh with hints of black cherry and licorice.
