Wasenhaus' Grand Ordinaire Spatburgunder is Wasenhaus' new entry-level Pinot, and it's anything but ordinary! Winemaking takes place through carbonic maceration. Refines in used barrels for a short period before bottling. Unclarified, unfiltered and SO2-free. A wine that on the nose expresses a broad spectrum aroma ranging from cherry to red berries, up to spices, while on the sip it is juicy, light and lively.

The "Sankt Anna" of Weingut In Der Eben is a red wine that comes from pure grapes of the schiava vine. Ages 24 months in wood and then rests in the bottle for at least 6 months; unfiltered. Spatburgunder by Wasenhaus, an elegant and deep red wine made from pinot noir grapes that come from Baden.
