Les Insouciantes by Didier Grappe is a red wine that comes from a cuvee of Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, vinified together with whole bunches not destemmed. The Clos Maire cuvée of Domaine Ratte is obtained from the vinification of a winning combination such as Trousseau and Pinot Noir.
