Aging in steel tanks for nine months. A wine with aromas of red berried fruits, pomegranate and blackberry, followed by notes of dried herbs, black tea, juniper, rosemary and hints of smoke. The entry highlights the freshness that streamlines the texture. Velvety tannins and meandering sapidity. Overall, the wine is dynamic and has an excellent structure which is always accompanied by a youthful flair. Time to look away and the wine in the bottle has already drunk it all.

Berteru Sas de Melas is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "del Nuraghe Sas de Melas". Aging in steel tanks for nine months. The result is a wine swith an elegant tone with a predominance of red berried fruits, which vary from strawberry to blood orange, to rediscover plum, candied cherry and a touch of pomegranate. Scents of aromatic herbs such as sage emerge which introduce the balsamic note of cloves and juniper berries. A fresh entry, delicate tannins and a body that echoes the red fruit and its pulp, bring attention to intensity and progression. The drink is accompanied by omnipresent salinity.

The Deminera is a Sardinian wine made from 100% red grapes. The name means 'Di Miniera'. Thegrapes come from an old vineyard, embedded in a natural granite amphitheater. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of about 20 days in steel and aging in the same containers to preserve maximum freshness and drinkability. It is a wine that tastes of myrtle and Mediterranean scrub, fruity and balanced by a good freshness.
