Pecoranera is a tannic wine, with good acidity and softness obtained from red grapes. The Pecoranera ages for a few years in barrels of various sizes and then undergoes a very long aging process in the bottle, approximately 8 years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. It has an intense ruby color. The nose releases aromas of ripe red fruits followed by ethereal and spicy notes. The sip is warm, full-bodied, soft, with good freshness and with velvety tannins. Closes with a good length.

Aging: A few years in big barrels and a very long period in the bottle.

Pignol di Bressan is a powerful red wine made from Pignolo grapes. Very long aging in wooden barrels. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose recognizes hints of ripe red fruit, with spicy notes, hummus, mushrooms and undergrowth. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, elegant, with good freshness and softness, integrated tannins. Very long finish
