Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

The Petit Ours Brun is a fresh and powerful red wine that combines the strength of the syrahs of the south to the freshness and aroma of those in the north. Nose that develops linearly on red-fleshed fruits, with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, full-bodied, elegant, balanced and well-defined, of excellent quality.
