The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of currant jelly, raspberry, with a slightly spicy touch. On the palate it is complex, elegant and surprisingly long.

The Salamandre is a red wine that comes from a blend of red and white grapes, Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Grolleau, which come from vineyards bred according to biodynamic principles in the village of Saint-Aubin Luigné, south of the city of Angers, in the name of Anjou in the Loire. It is ruby red in color which is a load of fruit. Straight and slender that impresses with its freshness.
