Giacomo Fenocchio's Barbera d'Alba Superiore is a fresh and full-bodied red wine, easily paired with first courses and cheeses. Refines 6 months in stainless steel tanks and six months in large Slavonian oak barrels. The color is intense ruby red with garnet reflections. It has a rather intense aroma, with typical hints of the grape and a full and dry flavor, with a marked and pleasant acidity. With aging it matures, acquiring a full and balanced flavor.
