Pinot Noir from Voltumna is a gastronomic and structured red wine which is vinified in steel and aged for 18 months in second and third passage oak barriques. It has a transparent ruby red color. The nose perceives notes of wild fruit, spicy and balsamic aromas. Clean, rich and satisfying sip with a crescendo finish that calls the second glass.

Torrette di La Source is a red wine made from Petit Rouge and Vien de Nus grapes that come from the Saint-Pierre vineyard, planted in 1991 on a soil of sandy origin. The refinement takes place on the fine lees partly in steel and partly in wood to favor maturation and increase the complexity of flavor and aroma. A wine that on the nose gives intense hints of red berry fruit, violets and plums, and spicy notes. In the mouth it is structured and full-bodied, enveloping, dry and pleasant with a slightly spicy finish.

Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

460 Casina Bric's Barolo Bricco delle Viole is a powerful and complex wine, exuberant and enterprising. Vinified in oak vats with the traditional batting of the hat. On the skins for 35/40 days. Refine in Slavonian oak barrels. Violet, leather and aromatic herbs open to an elegantly structured palate. Sapid, mineral, surprising, with austere tannins of great impact. The Barolo Bricco delle Viole will become a gentleman at the age of 18.
