Tattouine di Matassa is a red wine made from 90% Grenache Gris grapes, and 10% Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes come from century-old vineyards located on rocky soils. Manual grape harvest and soft pressing done in a small vat with the feet. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of 3 weeks for grapes coming from a parcel of shale. Light alcohol content and scents of fruit and spices for a light, slender and thirst-quenching sip.

Brutal Rouge di Matassa is a wine obtained from a blend of Syrah and Muscat. Manual harvest. Short maceration in whole bunches, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging for 10 months in barrique. A wine that amazes, because it combines lightness and an incredible aroma, drinkability and a graceful yet present body. A wine destined to strike anyone who drinks it. Very good

Vin de France Rouge by Matassa is a red wine with a vibrant profile that has an intense ruby red color. On the nose a complex explosion of black fruits, spices, tar and leather. In the mouth it is full bodied, dense tannins perfectly blended with a very pleasant sour-salty note.
