Buttafuoco Solighino is a fragrant, soft and immediate red wine obtained from a blend of Croatina, Barbera and Vespolina. Vinification and aging take place in steel tanks. Cerasa has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is fruity and vinous, with aromas of cherries and blueberries and floral notes. On the palate it is smooth and fresh, slightly tannic and medium bodied. Good length.

The "Ipazia" Bonarda by the glass has an intense and brilliant ruby red color, with violet reflections that are found in the creamy foam. On the nose the aromas are intense, vinous, with marked notes of morello cherry, berries and violet. In the mouth it has a good structure, a fine balance between fine-grained tannins and a sugary residue, and a persistent finish.
