Buttafuoco Solighino is a red wine that offers an immediate and enveloping experience thanks to its composition of Croatina, Barbera and Vespolina. Vinification in steel tanks enhances the freshness and fruity characteristics of the wine. Its ruby red color, with purple reflections, anticipates an aromatic bouquet rich in aromas of cherries and blueberries, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, the wine is smooth and fresh, with a light tannicity that enriches its structure. The medium-bodied sensation is accompanied by good length, making it a versatile and pleasant wine to pair with different dishes. Thanks to its characteristics, Buttafuoco Solighino can be enjoyed on various occasions, perfect for pairing with meat-based dishes or mature cheeses.

TZERB eRetico di Orto Tellinum is a wine obtained mainly from Chiavennasca grapes to which small quantities of Rossola, Brugnola, Pignola, Traunasca, Merlina and other rare and autochthonous ones that come from old vines cultivated in a natural way are added. "Tzerb" "is the word used in the local dialect to indicate an abandoned land. The vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation with long macerations on the skins that can last up to 30 days. Refine for 12 months in steel.
