El Carner Rouge by Matassa is a mix of Grenache Gris and Macabeu. Maceration and fermentation for one month in 1,000 liter Italian amphorae, indigenous yeasts, then maturation for 8 months in the same amphorae.

Tattouine di Matassa is a red wine made from 90% Grenache Gris grapes, and 10% Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes come from century-old vineyards located on rocky soils. Manual grape harvest and soft pressing done in a small vat with the feet. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of 3 weeks for grapes coming from a parcel of shale. Light alcohol content and scents of fruit and spices for a light, slender and thirst-quenching sip.

Vin de France Rouge by Matassa is a red wine with a vibrant profile that has an intense ruby red color. On the nose a complex explosion of black fruits, spices, tar and leather. In the mouth it is full bodied, dense tannins perfectly blended with a very pleasant sour-salty note.
