Baro (Syracha Edition) by Bajola is a wine made from organic grapes grown on the island by family cousins. Harvested in September then de-stemmed and pressed in the Tiano. A wine to be discovered in its immediate freshness.

The "Mephisto" by Domaine de l'Ecu is a red wine produced with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. Refinement takes place for 15 months in terracotta amphora and old oak barrels.
