"Le Tourbillon de la Vie", which means "joust of life", is a red wine made from 100% Grenache grapes that come from various plots located in the Agly valley. Refine for 8 months in steel. The nose offers a ripe aromatic intensity, made of black currant, raspberries and blackberries, followed by references to spices and licorice. The taste is soft and fine in the tannic texture, elegant and with good persistence. A straightforward and direct Vin de France, with a delicious fruit and vinous fragrance.

The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of currant jelly, raspberry, with a slightly spicy touch. On the palate it is complex, elegant and surprisingly long.

C'est les dindons qui font glouglou is a 100% Pinot noir. Manual destemming, maceration for 25 days, aging on the lees for 9 months in stoneware eggs. No sulfites, no filtration or anything! Raspberry, strawberry, cinnamon on the nose. On the palate it is very mineral, fresh, a bomb of red fruits.

Grande Pestilence by La Sorga is a red wine that comes from an assembly of 90% Cinsault, and three Grenache black, white and gray, 10% all together, from almost centenary vineyards. Maceration in whole bunches for 60 days for the Cinsault and manual destemming for the Grenache. One year aging in stainless steel

La Cuvée du Chat "is a Gamay-based red wine made in collaboration between Marie Lapierre and Jean-Claude Chanudet. It is ruby red in color. The nose expresses the red berry fruit, black cherry, followed by light floral notes of cyclamen. In the mouth it is medium bodied, with amalgamated tannins, endowed with beautiful freshness, it closes long with an aftertaste characterized by a balsamic and spicy taste.
