“La Duline” by Vignai da Duline is a red wine made from Schioppettino grapes. Aging for 11 months in barriques. Light filtering before bottling. The nose is played on red berries, such as currants and raspberries, floral and spicy notes, with a vegetable touch. In the mouth, the acidity is sharp and the development of the flavor is deep, the tannin is just hinted but present in the background to support an out-of-the-ordinary flavor. Wine with its own personality far from the muscular and pulpy Schioppettini.

The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. An earthy, taut and vibrant wine, rich in aromas of red berry fruit, with mineral notes and light notes of sweet spices.

Sacrisassi Rosso is an elegant and velvety red wine that comes from a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Aging takes place for 22 months in barrique.
