Bobotti is the pure cannonau produced by Piergraziano Sanna, a whimsical winemaker from Mamoiada. Segreto by Cascina Ebreo is an extraordinary powerful and elegant red wine made from red grapes. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 26-30 months. It is bottled without filtration and remains in the bottle at least two years before being put on the market. The glass has a ruby red color with purple reflections. Giovanni Canonica's Barolo Paiagallo is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the hectare and a half of the Paiagallo vineyard located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Refine in concrete and Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years. The Paiagallo is pale red with orange shades. Fine and elegant nose of ripe fruit, spicy notes and balsamic accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, almost earthy with well integrated tannins. Very long finish. Only 6000 bottles produced.

Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

Onna an elegant, fresh, and supreme drinkable red wine that comes from that anarchic genius of the natural Sardinian wine Gianfranco Manca. A wine made from pure red grapes that macerate on the skins for several weeks. These are grapes from old vines at over 700 meters above sea level, grown without the use of synthetic chemicals and in the cellar the only ingredient used is grapes, nothing else. Not even a very small amount of sulfur dioxide is added. Strictly spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, clarification or stabilization

Montisci's "Franzisca" Cannonau Riserva is a pulpy and overwhelming wine made from Cannonau grapes that come from 80-year-old vineyards. Refine in tonneaux for at least 18 months. it has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses the red fruit, spices, cocoa but the most evident note is certainly the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is juicy and balsamic, fresh and elegant. Persistent. A special wine to listen to.

"Teresa la Grande" by Cascina 'Tavijn is a red wine aged in large barrels. The grapes come from vineyards located at 260 meters above sea level that rest on sandy soils rich in sandstone. After the manual harvest, they are fermented spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for a few days. The aging is in large barrels spent for 12 months. Teresa the Great is ruby red in color. The nose expresses a beautiful olfactory profile from which hints of red fruit and sweet spices emerge. At the sip it is warm, elegant, balanced with a certain tannicity and decidedly persistent. A masterful and very enjoyable wine.
