The Grand Curoulet by Domaine Ratte is a white wine obtained from Chardonnay grown in the parcel of Grand Curoulet where the soil is rich in fossils, a peculiarity that gives the wine a mineral side that goes well with its roundness and elegance. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in old Meursault barrels.

A wine that shows interesting aromas reminiscent of yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruit peel, lime and vanilla cream. In the mouth it is dry, medium-bodied and rightly acid. Persistence is good./span>
