Produced from late-harvest grapes, it undergoes two weeks of maceration and is aged for 15 months in barriques, fully expressing the richness and potential of this historic varietal. Freak is a fresh and mineral wine made from Chardonnay and Durello grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous and maceration on the skins takes place in terracotta amphorae. Aging in large barrels. Golden yellow color with aromas of elderberry and yellow fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and mineral with a remarkable drink.

Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar.
