The Chardonnay of Domaine Ratte is a white wine made from grapes that come from the parcel of Grand Curoulet where the soil is rich in fossils, a peculiarity that gives the wine a mineral side that goes well with its roundness and elegance. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in old barrels.
