Pinot Grigio "Fuoripista" by Foradori is a rosé wine that stands outside the box compared to the Trentino pinot grigi. In appearance delicate and simple, in the mouth it releases all its power, flavor and expressiveness. Tense and sharp, it knows no compromises. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in contact with the skins in tinajas (amphorae) from 350 to 450 liters for 9 months. Assembly and decanting in concrete tanks from 15 to 40 hl until bottling. When the autumn rains give a few days of respite, it's time to wake up early for a picnic in the woods with your childhood friends. If you are lucky enough to find even a single porcini, breaded and fried with a glass of Fuoripista Pinot Grigio, it will be the opening of a memorable lunch
