Zeta by Istinto Naturale is a fresh white wine, with marine and savory references vinified with Catarratto and Zibibbo grapes. Direct pressing without maceration, followed by aging in steel for 8 months on the fine lees before being bottled.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. The palate is deep, fresh with a good sapidity and a long side. Wine from the great personality.

Manfredi Bianco by Manfredi Franco is a white wine obtained from a blend of Cataratto, Zibibbo and Grillo. It is a surprising wine, which gives pleasant fruity aromas, and impresses with its salinity and freshness. A small masterpiece.

“Aurora” by I Vigneri is a splendid elegant and mineral wine made from local white grapes. Its name, "Aurora", that is Alba, also indicates a small and graceful butterfly native to Etna, represented on the label and at risk of extinction. After harvesting by hand, spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel vats using only indigenous yeasts. Subsequently it refines in the same containers for several months.

Pietranera is produced using Zibibbo grapes from old vines planted with saplings on the volcanic soils of Pantelleria. It appears at the sight of a deep straw yellow color. The nose is citrus, with notes of sage and capers. In the mouth it is balanced and elegant to close with a pleasant almond note.
