WHITE WINES

Una Giornata al Mare by Nuzzella is a macerated white wine produced with Carricante, and a small part of Catarratto. The fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and a maceration on the skins for 15 days. Refine for 6 months in French oak tonneau. A wine that offers a fresh and pleasant sip, and which expresses aromas of citrus and ripe fruit.

Region: Sicily

Grapes: 90% Carricante, 10% Catarratto .

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: 6 months in Francece oak tonneaux.

Barraco's Biancamamre is a white wine made from Grillo grapes harvested on red soils bathed by the sea, vinified and aged in steel. A pleasantly drinkable wine, where acidity and flavor combine with delicate notes of flowers and white pulp fruit with an enveloping iodized scent.

Region: Sicily.

Grapes: Grillo.

Alcohol content: 11,5%.

Aging: 6 months in steel.

Saray is a complex wine of great temperament. Straw yellow color that with time becomes gold. The nose expresses scents that resemble orange peel, apricots and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh, slightly tannic with a sapid finish. A wine of great temperament that reminds the Mediterranean.

Grapes: Catarratto bianco.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.

Aging: 24 months in large barrels.
