The Davitha Bianco by Davitha is a macerated wine obtained mainly from Vermentino produced with an ambitiously interpreted old tradition. Aging in steel and large wooden barrels. A white with a golden color that heralds structure. Hints of medicinal herbs with ethereal nuances, with a marked acidity, softened by the sweet, vaguely perceptible tones of the wood.

"Madrighe" by Ilaria Addis is a white wine of great charm, captivating and saline. The grapes come from vines about 30 years old, which are found on granite soils. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration for about 4 days in contact with the skins. The wine ages for a few months in steel. Too bad they are only 1300 specimens. A breath of freshness and flavor will accompany your table.

Meigamma Bianco Primo is a mineral wine with pleasant scents of Mediterranean scrub, obtained from a blend of white grapes that come from a small vineyard located just 650m away from the sea. Grapes harvested in late August, de-stemmed and delicately pressed. Spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts and aging in steel. Only 2000 bottles.
