Muscadet Servre et Maine Sur Lie AOC "Ampholite" is a white wine obtained from a 100% Melon Bourgogne grape. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in vitrified concrete tanks. It matures on the lees for four months to preserve its freshness and liveliness. A refreshing wine that goes well with oysters, for example, thanks to its iodized flavor and minerality.
