Sebastien Riffault's Sancerre Blanc AOC “Quarterons” is a wine made from Sauvignon grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, and aging for 18 months in barriques on its own fine lees. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. The nose recognizes floral and fruity aromas followed by mineral notes. On the palate it is harmonious and delicate, dry and refreshing, characterized by a pleasant freshness. The finish is persistent, aromatic and mineral.
