WHITE WINES

Muscadet Expression d'Orthogneiss is a dry white wine with a golden yellow color. The nose is characterized by aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, flint and mineral notes. In the mouth it is sapid, of great depth and freshness. It closes on a final played on citrus fruits.

Grapes: Melon de Bourgogne.

Alcohol content: 12,5%.

Aging: Some months in steel.

Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine is a fresh and saline white wine made from grapes of Melon de Bourgogne. It has a straw yellow color with golden nuances. The nose smells iodized, with fruity and citrus notes. On the palate it is incredibly fresh, light, tasty and juicy. The combination with raw seafood is phenomenal.
